Hi Lorne. You are only young and most young players have nerves, enjoy the game and once you start getting a few good performances under your belt you will be fine.

Hi Marcus. Firstly just wanted to say you are the best English batsman I ever seen. Basically I\m making my way slowly to the top, or trying to, what would you say is the best route to becoming a professional player? How good do you actually have to be? I know play natural game and all that, but a specific answer would be soo appreciated. Look forward to your reply.

Hi Jas. Sorry, but there is not just one specific answer to this; you have to be very dedicated to give yourself the best chance to reach the top, hours of practice and hard work is required. Most importantly enjoy playing the game, work hard and hopefully the rest will follow.

I am a opener for my club team and I am normally in facing the spinners, but I get bogged down a lot and give my wicket away. Could you please reply and tell me how I can stop becoming bogged down? Thanks.

Hi Andy, this is always a difficult age for young players coming into men's cricket. It is important you try and play your natural game.
